Before registering for the Pharmacology course at the University of Providence, apply for tuition reimbursement by completing the following steps. (Note: Part-time and full-time nurses at Providence are eligible for reimbursement up to $5,250)

Step 1: Check your eligibility for reimbursement as an employee of Providence by creating an account with Guild Education. ​

When asked "Where do you work?" --> Providence
Follow the instructions to set up your account with Guild Education.
​
Step 2: Since the pharmacology course is not listed in the selected nursing programs in the Guild menu, call 800-985-4027 to confirm that you're eligible for reimbursement in the "Pharmacology for Practitioners" course at the University of Providence.

The pharmacology course at University of Providence is "Biology 392: Pharmacology for Practitioners."
​
Step 3: Once approved, the Guild representative will give you instructions for submitting your application and receipt for reimbursement.
Step 4: Go to the University of Providence CACE (Career Advancement & Continuing Education) website.

- Scroll to the section on "UPSkill & UPSpeciality Registration & Payment Process."
- Complete and Submit the "Career Advancement & Continuing Education Application."
- Submit payment using the "CACE UPSpecialty For-Credit $1500" payment button. ​​​
